We offer a range of quality and individualised face-to-face and online support services for writers who are looking for opportunities to collaborate on their projects, depending on their needs at different stages of their writing.
Generating Ideas.
Sometimes it's just good to be able to chat with a colleague to talk through ideas, test concepts, consider themes and possibilities and philosophical implications of our writing. We can do exactly that, in person at an agreed public venue, or online, and connect you with a colleague with whom you can open a discussion around any aspect of your writing project, if only to see what possibilities might emerge that can prompt you further in your writing.
Individual Mentoring
If you're wanting to write a book and would like someone to guide you on your journey, providing tips and feedback and mulling over ideas and possibilities, we can connect you with an experienced mentor who will guide you on your writing journey through regular face-to-face or online meeting discussions for part or the entire journey as you feel you need.
Writing Workshops
If you are a member of a writing group or association in South Australia, we can come to your regular venue and run writing workshops with specific focii for you and up to ten participants. Workshop content and length are negotiable.
Manuscript Feedback
You may have a work close to completion and are looking for a set of professional eyes to read your manuscript to provide feedback on general matters like layout, story arc, character development and consistency, readability and appeal, hooks and openings and endings. We can do that and we will provide you with either an in-person (face-to-face or online) feedback conversation, or a written report, or both, according to your preferences and budget.
Project Editing
If your manuscript is completed and you are ready to consider submission or self-publication, we can provide an editing service that analyses your work with a close eye to resolving everything from typos and grammatical and spelling issues through to plot and character and setting consistency and manuscript presentation.
